Food Hygiene

Under the Food Safety Act 1990, Food Hygiene (England) (2) Regs 2005 and European Regulations 178 - 2002, 852, 853, 854 - 2004 and 2073 - 2005, employers must provide specific working procedures and staff training.

Foundation Level 2, Food Safety in Catering (A) and (B)

Ideal for staff working in kitchens, undertaking frontline duties in preparing, retailing and production/processing of food.
